The warranty for all types of Cover-Pool coverings confirms the absence of manufacturing defects in all materials used in the production of the protective cover for the pool, and the absence of manufacturing defects in the product, functionally designed to prevent the access of objects, animals and people to the pool.
Warranty period of operation is:
During the warranty period, faults caused by the manufacturer or the authorized organization that carried out the installation of the product are eliminated by the service staff of this organization.
A person who sets a protective cover for the pool is fully responsible for all damages that result from improper installation of the protective cover.
This guarantee does not cover the cases of damage to the protective cover for the pool, caused not by the manufacturer's factory, but resulted from violations of the rules of its operation, deliberate or careless damage to the protective cover, its use for other purposes.
Cover-Pools guarantees repair or replacement (depending on technical feasibility and size of damages) of the protective cover for the pool or its part in case of revealing breaches of its integrity resulting from the production fault in accordance with the table of distribution of costs subject to guarantee compensation.
